FRANK BUSTAMANTE | FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Frank Bustamante is a Miami native and seasoned event planner and strategist with more than 25 years of experience creating memorable, high-impact events around the world. His career began at the iconic Loews Miami Beach Hotel, where his passion for hospitality and leadership led him from Front Desk Agent to Senior Conference Manager over a 15-year tenure.
After leaving the hotel industry, Frank joined the Global Events Team at BCG, where he expanded his expertise on a global scale. He has led site selection, contract negotiations, and relationship-building in destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States.
Frank’s portfolio includes two Super Bowl programs, seven South Beach Wine & Food Festival Tribute Dinners and Brunches, large-scale beach events, and national media productions, including a live remote for NBC TODAY. Known for his attention to detail and global perspective, Frank consistently delivers events that balance strategy, experience, and excellence.
