FRANK BUSTAMANTE | FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Frank Bustamante is a Miami-born and raised Event Planner and Strategist with almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Frank started his career at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, FL as a Front Desk Agent. Over his 15 year tenure at Loews, he was recognized on numerous occasions for his genuine hospitality and leadership. Over time, he worked his way up to Senior Conference Manager in 2010 and left the hotel business in 2013 to join the Global Events Team at BCG, one of the world's leading consulting firms.
During the past few years, Frank has traveled the world conducting site selection, negotiating contract terms, cultivating relationships, and seeking out the best of the best. Specifically, Frank has scoped event locations in cities such as: Ubud, Singapore, Paris, Barcelona, London, Shanghai, Tokyo, Cape Town, Split, Seattle, Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, and New York City.
Frank's extensive event experience includes two Super Bowl programs, seven South Beach Wine and Food Festival Tribute Dinners, and Brunches, multiple 1,200 person beach parties, a live remote for NBC TODAY - just to name a few.
As for Miami, Frank still calls the Magic City home base. He enjoys traveling, morning runs with his dog, Diva, catching a good movie, books on history, HGTV, and whenever possible - trying to enjoy the South Florida weather.
