Frank Bustamante is a Miami born and raised Event Planner and Strategist with almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Frank started his career at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, FL as a Front Desk Agent. Over his 15 year tenure at Loews, he was recognized on numerous occasions for his genuine hospitality and leadership. Over time, he worked his way up to Senior Conference Manager in 2010 and left the hotel business in 2013 to join the Global Events Team at BCG, one of the world's leading consulting firms.
During the past few years, Frank has traveled the world conducting site selection, negotiating contract terms, cultivating relationships and seeking out the best of the best. Specifically, Frank has scoped event locations in cities such as: Ubud, Singapore, Paris, Barcelona, London, Shanghai, Tokyo, Cape Town, Split, Seattle, Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, and New York City.
Frank's extensive event experience includes two Super Bowl programs, seven South Beach Wine and Food Festival Tribute Dinners and Brunches, multiple 1,200 person beach parties, a live remote for NBC TODAY - just to name a few.
As for Miami, Frank still calls the Magic City home base. He enjoys traveling, morning runs with his dog, Diva, catching a good movie, books on history, HGTV, and whenever possible - trying to enjoy the South Florida weather.

Laura Fantasia is a native “Bay Stater” with over twenty-five years of high-end meetings, events and venue sourcing experience.
The majority of her career was spent with The Boston Consulting Group, a global leader in management consulting, sourcing and planning over five hundred events for BCG. While there, she honed her skills in providing the utmost level of customer service to her clients, her meticulous attention to detail, and her creative and fresh approach to planning and executing events.
Laura has extensive experience negotiating global hotel contracts, with a particular focus on strategic sourcing. In addition, she’s skilled in negotiating master service agreements with prominent hotel chains, having negotiated global agreements with Marriott, IHG, and Four Seasons, to name a few. Her event experience has taken her around the globe with a heavy focus on the US, Europe and Asia markets, planning events ranging in size from 20-2,000 attendees.
Laura is happy to call Scituate, MA her home, where she loves taking advantage of her proximity to the ocean and enjoys boating and being outside. She loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her tween daughter who thankfully enjoys spending time with her, traveling to places she has never been, and interior decorating/DIY home improvement projects that keep her busy throughout the year.
